局部注射rhTGF-β_1后大鼠正畸牙牙槽骨组织学的改变 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重组人转化生长因子(recombinant human transforming growth factor,rhTGF)-β1对牙周组织改建的调节作用,为临床正畸治疗中加快正畸牙的移动,缩短治疗时间作初步探索。方法30只SD大鼠牵引上颌第一磨牙近中移动,并于不同时间在该牙颊侧牙龈黏膜下注射不同剂量(1,5,10,50,100ng)rhTGF-β1。加力10d后,处死大鼠,取正畸牙及牙周组织,HE染色,观察牙周组织的形态学改变并计数近中牙根压力侧破骨细胞数目。结果实验组与对照组比较,rhTGF-β1注射剂量在1ng和5ng时,压力侧牙周骨组织吸收、改建明显,破骨细胞数目明显增加(P<0.01),注射剂量5ng时,破骨细胞数目最多(P<0.01);rhTGF-β1注射剂量为10,50与100ng时则随剂量增大破骨细胞数逐渐减少,且均低于对照组。结论局部注射低剂量(<5ng)rhTGF-β1时,可促进正畸牙压力侧破骨细胞的形成,增加破骨细胞数目,牙周组织以骨吸收为主;高剂量(10ng~100ng)时可致以成骨为主的修复性改建。
