摘要
采用"MBI量表"和"教师工作压力调查量表",测查405名高校体育教师的职业倦怠和工作压力状况,探讨二者的关系。结果表明:高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况并不严重,主要表现为较高的情感耗竭;教师工作压力感受较大,主要表现为职业发展与晋升压力、工作负荷压力、领导与管理压力和学生因素压力;职业倦怠与工作压力相关程度较小,工作压力对职业倦怠的预测力不高,从工作压力到职业倦怠之间可能有一些中介因素影响着二者的关系。
By the methods of MBI and the table of tethers＇ working pressure inverstigated the situationg of employment accidie and job pressure for 405 PE teachers in universities and college, discussed the relation between them. The result show： The Situations of employment accidie toPE teachers wasn＇ t serious, mainly expresses higher emotion lost; The feeling of teachers working pressure was big, mainly expressed that the pressure of development and promoing, operating load, leader-ship and mangement, and the students＇ factor; The related degree between employment accidie and job pressure was small, there were some lying factors influenced the relation betweent them.
