摘要
发展现代远程教育,逐步构建终身学习的环境和条件,已成为当前教育领域的热点。要发挥其最大功用,就必须从教学管理方面下大力气,提高认识,科学管理,这样才能实现远程教育的普及,取得广泛的社会效益。
It has become the focus of current education to develop the modern long - range education and gradually construct the condition and environment of long life study. This article lays stress on strengthening the teaching management and enhancing the managing consciousness to realize the universal education and achieve extending social effectiveness.
