摘要
水稻感病品种"汕优晚3"和抗病品种"福优晚3"分别以稻瘟病菌诱导(试验组)和无菌培养(对照组)后,取其叶片进行蛋白质的提取和纯化,4种蛋白质提取液经Sephadex G-100柱(60 cm×1.5 cm)分离均得到2个峰,通过抑菌试验发现只有抗病试验组的提取液对稻瘟病菌的萌发有明显的抑制作用,试验还发现4种蛋白质提取液的氨基酸种类和含量有很大差别,PAGE电泳结果显示其蛋白谱带也发生了变化。
After spraying the solution of Pyricularia oryza A15 on the leaves of both resistant variety Fuyouwan3 's experimental group and susceptible variety Shanyouwan3's experimental group , meanwhile spraying the solution without Pyricularia oryza A15 on both of them as controls, we isolated protein fraction from the leaves of the rice. The extracts were isolated and purified by Sephadex G- 100 column chromatography and two peaks were obtained. The bacteriostatic experiments turned out that the germination of AI5 spores was obviously inhabited by the resistant variety experimental group. Analyzing the varieties and contents of amino acid in the four groups, we found that they were different from each other. The PAGE electrophoresis of these four groups turned out that the protein had changed after its tissue - protein - extract incubated with A15 spores.
