摘要
建立了稻田土壤中抑食肼的乙腈提取、氧化铝层析柱净化、液相色谱测定的残留分析方法。该方法在稻田土壤中最低检出浓度为0.02mg·kg-1,回收率均在83%~104%之间,变异系数均在4.5%~13.3%之间,满足农药残留分析的要求。
The analytical method of RH-5849 residue in soil were made by HPLC. It was extracted with acetonitrile, followed by cleanup with a alumina column. The limit of detection of RH-5849 was 0.02 mg·kg^-1, the recovery rate ranged from 83% to 104%, the coefficient of variation was 4.5% to 13.3%. These results showed that the method accords with demands of residue analysis of pesticide.
