摘要
提出应用公切圆法画椭圆，可不必推平行线和多次加长圆规，只需用直线尺作图，且理论上误差为零．
We put forward in this article the method of applying common tangent circle drawing to draw ellipses. The method needs only astraightedge to draw with and doesn′t need to draw parallel lines and lengthen the compasses time and again. In addition, the error is zero theorectically.
