城市公园游客消费行为研究——以乌鲁木齐市红山公园为例 被引量:1

摘要 游客消费行为是旅游研究的主要方面。本文以调查问卷为主要形式对乌鲁木齐市红山公园游客进行了实证研究。通过对游客旅游需求、旅游动机、出行选择、旅游消费特征及售后评价等方面的资料分析,发现公园游客主体为本市居民,其旅游需求及动机表现出鲜明的家庭型旅游者的特征;公园自然环境属性是其最具吸引力的优势;游客在园内消费呈现娱乐消费占主导地位。针对这些特征,可以采取相对应的管理措施以提高游客的入园率。 this paper makes a case study of the tourists in Red Mountain Park through investigation by questionnaire . The paper analyzes the demands of tourists , the motives of tourists , the choices of destination, the features of tourist consumption and evaluation on goods after sale, and it has found that the main body of tourists is the local residents ;they come out in the form of a family ; the most attractive thing to the tourists is the natural environment of the Park ; and most of the expenses by the tourists are on entertainment in the park . Considering these features, the paper suggests that corresponding measures should be taken so that more and more tourists will visit the park.
