摘要
在不开挖埋地燃气管线的情况下,运用预先危险性分析(PHA)理论对城市燃气长距离输送安全评价的内容和方法进行了系统的探讨,建立了城市燃气长距离输送作业单元危险性评价表,对燃气输送系统中的危险因素与危害因素进行辨识和分析,判断系统发生事故的可能性和严重程度,为制定防范措施和管理决策提供科学依据。
This paper uses the Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA) to have a systematic discussion on the content and methods of safety assessment for the long-distance transport of city fuel gas for the situation when the ground surface is not opened, establishes the risk assessment table, distinguish and analyze the risk and hazard factors of long-distance transport of city fuel gas, determine the possibility of accident occurrence and its serious degree, and provide the scientific basis for constituting the preventive measures and supervisory decision.
