介绍了2007年美国总统绿色化学挑战奖5个获奖项目的创新和价值:(1)美国德州大学奥斯汀分校(University of Texas at Austin)的Michael J.Krische教授因发展了具有完善原子经济性和选择性的以氢为媒介的C-C键构建方法而荣获学术奖;(2)NovaSterilis公司因开发了使用超临界二氧化碳、环境友好的医用杀菌技术而获小企业奖;(3)美国俄勒冈州立大学(Oregon State University)的Kaichang Li教授、哥伦比亚Forest产品公司和Hercules公司联合开发了环境友好的木材加工粘合剂而获得更绿色合成路线奖;(4)Headwaters TechnologyInnovation公司因开发一种用选择性纳米催化技术直接合成双氧水的合成路线而荣获更绿色反应条件奖;(5)Cargill Incorporated公司因开发了BiOHTM多羟基化合物而荣获设计更绿色化学品奖。
The innovation and benefits of five Challenge (PGCC) Awards Program in 2007 are awards and winners of the Presidential Green Chemistry reviewed. ( 1 ) Academic award: Hydrogen-mediated Carboncarbon Bond Formation, Professor Michael J. Krische from University of Texas at Austin. (2)Small business award :Environmentally Benign Medical Sterilization Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide, NovaSterilis Inc. (3) Greener synthetic pathways award : Development and Commercial Application of Environmentally-friendly Adhesives for Wood Composites, Professor Kaichang Li from Oregon State University, Columbia Forest Products and Hercules Incorporated. (4)Greener reaction conditions award: Direct Synthesis of Hydrogen Peroxide by Selective Nanocatalyst Technology, Headwaters Technology Innovation. (5)Designing greener chemicals award : BiOH^TM Polyols, Cargill Incorporated.
