摘要
利用絮凝度分析仪和电荷测定等手段研究了氢氧化镁铝/阴离子聚丙烯酰胺对滑石粉填料的微粒絮聚特点。研究发现:氢氧化镁铝的加入主要是依靠其静电中和作用引起滑石粉的聚集;实验证实阳离子微粒氢氧化镁铝以静电中和机理引发的填料絮聚几乎不受剪切作用的影响,因此在实际生产操作中,阳离子微粒组分可以加在压力筛之前;阳离子微粒助留系统,尽管其对填料的最后絮聚由桥联作用引起,但却不像普通桥联那样易受到聚合物重构作用的影响。
The microparticulate fiocculation property on talc fillers by magnesium aluminum hydroxides/anionic polyacrylamide was investigated by means of fiocculation analyzer and charge measurement technique. It was discovered that the addition of magnesium aluminum hydroxides induced the flocculation of talc by static charge neutralization, that the fiocculation of talc filler induced by the neutralization of cationic particulate magnesium aluminum hydroxides hardly bore any shearing action and the cationic microparticulate composition can add before the pressure screen and that although the final focalization was induced by bridging action, it was not like the common bridging often influenced by polymer reorganization.
