摘要
在对纸张表面显微图像进行数字处理,提取出反映纸张表面凹凸的纹理特征的基础上,确立了评价纸张表观平滑度的三维评价体系:直方图的均值、直方图的方差、单位表面顶点面积、隆起界面积比。实验结果表明,该评价体系能正确地反映出纸张的表观平滑度,与人眼观测的结果相符。
On the basis of the digital image processing of the paper surface and the extracting of the texture feature representing the surface roughness of paper, a three-dimensional evaluation system for paper surface smoothness is established, which including the histogrammic mean, the histogrammic variance,the unit surface peak area and the developed interfacial area ratio of the surface, The experimental results show that the system can evaluate the paper surface smoothness correctly conforming to the results observed with the human eyes.
