摘要
训练量和训练强度不足是导致大部分运动员耐力素质、速度素质、力量素质下降或维持原有水平的主要原因;超过半数的运动员赞同每周训练5次、每次训练2小时能做到"学习、训练两不误";运动员对训练的认知较强,评价内容的得分均较高;运动员训练动机呈现多元化。
Lacking of training loads and training intensity, which are the major reasons, lead to the decrease of or standing still of high-level track and field athletes' endurance quality, speed quality and power quality. The figures suggest that over half of the athletes in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province are willing to be trained 2 hours at a time, 5 times per week and to manage to arrange themselves well for both study and training; the athletes have high cognition for training and get high scores in evaluation; their multi-motives for training are significantly shown.
