摘要
中国的城乡关系是在政府行政力量干预下演进的,城乡差距的不断扩大已成为构建和谐社会的主要矛盾之一。科学发展观改变了城乡经济社会的发展思路,认真落实以工促农、以城带乡和新农村建设等,统筹城乡协调发展的战略安排,有助于扭转城乡差距不断扩大的局面,为构建和谐社会奠定坚实的基础。
The raletionship between city and counntryside in China devolopes and influences by the inteference of govermental power. Gap between city and countryside is one of the main contradictories in constracting harmonious society. The concept of scientific development changdes the idea of economic society in the city and countryside. The strategic arrangement of the city and countryside devolopment—— industry promoting agriculture, city leading countryside and constructionn of the new socialist countryside—— is beneficial for changing the gap between city and countyside and lay solid foundation for constructing the harmonious society.
