摘要
文章以我国解决"三农"问题和建设社会主义新农村为背景,以农村土地制度改革为视角,分析我国现行农村土地政策中存在的问题及其引发的消极影响,并在经济学层面上探讨农村土地制度改革的对策及合理化建议。
On the basis of solving the problems about the countryside and the peasant as well as the agriculture and constructing the new socialist contryside, the article analyzes the problems that exists in the contryside land policy in effect and the negative influnce that caused by the problems; then from the economic angle, go further into the contermeasures to reform the countryside land system and the rationalization proposal.
