摘要
为了检验FDI是否通过三种关联渠道对中国产业的技术进步产生影响,本文首先采用数据包络分析法(DEA)计算曼奎斯特生产率指数,并通过对它进行分解来测度行业的技术进步值以及相对技术效率变化值。然后运用1999-2005年20个工业行业的面板数据(panel data)进行实证分析,结果表明外商直接投资与本土产业的关联效应是存在的,通过进一步对关联渠道的分析,可以看出行业内厂商间的联系是FDI与本土产业关联的主要方面,其中后向关联效应明显强于前向关联效应;而水平关联效应则不如垂直效应明显,外资企业的参与对本土企业产生了挤出效应。
In order to test whether the FDI have influence on the technical progress of China＇s industry through three channels, firstly we apply DEA to measure Malmquist productivity indexes which can be decomposed to acquire the technical progress value and relative technical efficiency value. Then an empirical analysis is made, with the panel data of 20 industries in China during 1999-2005. Finally we reach the conclusion that the linkage channels do exist and the vertical channel is main aspect of this linkage. Moreover, the backward linkage is much stronger than the forward linkage. However, the linkage effect on the horizontal channel is not as obvious as that on vertical channel and the participation of MNC led to extrusion effect.
