摘要
电子商务是一种以信息网络为载体的新的经济运作模式。本文介绍了电子商务网站智能型虚拟代理的概念与用途,概述了电子商务网站在设置与使用虚拟代理时需要考虑的人机工程学问题,其中包括可信任度、中介性能、可靠、灵活性、增值服务和娱乐性等。最后,对这一新兴领域的研究趋势作了展望。
E-commerce is a new type of business pattern. This paper gave a brief introduction of the concept and usage of intelligent agents in E-commerce, and summed up the basic principles of human factors in the application of virtual agents in E-commerce, including trustworthiness, mediation quality, flexibility/ tailorability, value added service, entertainment, etc. Some issues were discussed concerning the further ergonomic research in this field.
