摘要
碳酸钙热分解是分解炉内水泥生料分解的一个重要反应,对水泥生料的分解率和熟料产量有较大的影响。采用热重技术对水泥生料颗粒热分解特性进行研究,采用Kissinger方程和标准主曲线法确定水泥生料颗粒的最可能分解机理。并根据Coats-Redfen`s方程求解水泥生料颗粒的分解动力学参数(E和A)。研究结果表明:水泥生料颗粒的热分解符合相边界反应的收缩柱体反应机理,碳酸钙颗粒的活化能为181.4kJ/mol,其与Kissinger方程所得的估算值相一致。
The thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate is an important chemical reaction during cement raw meal decomposition, on which decomposition rate of raw meal and output of clinker depend, Studied on thermal decomposition mechanism of the meal particles by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and found out the most prossible decomposition mechanism by Kissinger Equation and the master plot method, and the decompositon kinetic parameters as E (the activation energy) and A (lore-exponential factor) were determined by Coats-Redfen's equation, The results indicate that the thermal decomposition mechanism of raw meal particle is compatible with the shrinkage cylinder pharse boundary movement, and the E of calcium carbonate particle is 181.4 kJ/mol which is almost equal to the value estimated by Kissinger equation.
