摘要 目的:探讨超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析49例先天性胎儿畸形情况。结果:49例畸形儿中,产前超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形42例,总检出率85.7%(42/49)。漏诊7例,漏诊率14.27%(7/49)。所有患者均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实。结论:超声可实时观察宫内胎儿各器官发育情况,不仅能确定胎儿有无畸形,而且能对胎儿畸形的类型明确诊断,对临床有重要的诊断价值,对优生学有重要价值。 Objective: To study the diagnostic value of uhrasonography in fetal deformities. Methods: Analyzed the status of 49 fetal congenital deformity retrospectively. Results: Prenatal diagnosis of the 42 deformity fetuses was the same as the prenatal, the detection rate of fetal deformities was 85.7% (42/49) . 7 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosed rate was 14. 27% (7/49). The deformities in all of above fetuses were proved after either natural birth or induced abortion and some cases varied by autopsies. Conclusion : All the fetal organs can be visualized on sonograms. Ultrasound can not only detect the presence of deformities, but also can indicate the variety of deformities, it is invaluable for fetal deformity diagnosis, and it is of great value for eugenics.
