摘要
目的:总结精神病患者外科急腹症的临床特点。方法:对本院住院手术治疗的35例精神病患者外科急腹症的临床特点进行总结探讨。结果:精神病患者外科急腹症缺乏典型的症状体征,病史、体检资料采集困难,就诊晚,误诊率高,并发症多。结论:医生应了解精神病患者外科急腹症的临床特点,早期诊断,加强围手术期处理,及时手术,以减少并发症,提高治愈率。
Objective： To summarize their clinic characteristics of surgical abdomen psychosis inpatients.Method： The treatment of 35 surgical abdomen psychosis inpatients,Their clinical characteristics had discussed and summarized.Result： The surgical abdomen psychosis inpatients lack of typical physical symptoms,The information of medical history and physical Check-up was hard to collected,The diagnosis was delayed,The high in misdiagnosis rate and the more in complications.Conclusion： All these clinical characteristics must realized for doctors, To reduce the complications and to increase the cure rate,The diagnosis would make as early as possible,The perioperative period treatment would reinforce and the operation would make in time.
