摘要
沙棘具有快速恢复植被、减少泥沙、土壤增肥恢复生物链等多重改善生态环境的作用。本文主要介绍了沙棘冰酒的概念,利用大果沙棘为原料制得沙棘冰酒的加工过程与工艺技术特点。沙棘冰酒风格独特,对沙棘深加工的发展具有重要意义。
