摘要
目的:观察抗TNF-α单克隆抗体对豚鼠分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法:建立分泌性中耳炎的动物模型,随机分成空白对照组、造模组和TNF-αMcAb治疗组三组。比较光镜和电镜下中耳、咽鼓管粘膜的组织形态及处理组TNF-α蛋白含量变化。结果:TNF-αMcAb治疗组中耳、咽鼓管粘膜的组织形态接近于正常对照组,其TNF-α蛋白含量明显低于造模组(p<0.001)。结论:抗TNF-α单克隆抗体能拮抗TNF-α的炎症介导作用,对豚鼠分泌性中耳炎治疗有效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TNF - αMcAb in treating otisis media with effusion by being injected into tympanum in guinea pig. Methed: LPS was inoculated into the middle ear cavity in guinea pigs via a transeardrum approach to set up a model of otisis media with effusion, there was divided in three groups: control group, model group and TNF -αMcAb treating group. To observe the histo - morphological changes of eustachian tube and middle ear cavity and the content changes of TNF - α in treat groups. Result: The histo - morhological changes of TNF - αMcAb treating group is similar with control group, it' s content of TNF - otis significantly lower than model group ( p 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion:TNF-αMcAb is efficient in treating otisis media with effusion in guinea pig via suppressing inflammatary introduction effect of TNF - α.
