摘要
[目的]探讨有毒有害作业工人心电图的异常改变。[方法]对收集到的近3年的有毒有害作业工人心电图数据进行分析。[结果]3年共收集到有毒有害作业工人的心电图9 516份,其中,男性6 904名,女性2 612名。心电图异常排在前四位的是:电离辐射作业工人占10.45%,苯作业工人占8.52%,高温作业工人占8.51%,噪声作业工人占7.73%。不同工种、不同工龄异常心电图的比例不同(P﹤0.05)。[结论]应加强对有害有毒作业工人特别是电离辐射及女工人的心脏健康的保健。
[Objective]To analyze the abnormal changes in ECG of people who work in poisonous and harmful environment.[Methods]The data from occupational health inspection for the latest 3 years were analyzed with chi-square analysis.[Results]There were 9 516 ECG of people who worked in poisonous and harmful environment..Among them the number of male was 6 904 and female 2612.The results showed that ionizing radiation workers accounted for 10.45%,workers exposed to benzene 8.52%,workers who exposed to high temperature 8.51%,noise-exposed workers 7.73%.The rates of abnormal ECG of different work types and length of service are different（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Health care should be strengthen to people who work in poisonous and harmful environment,especailly ionizing radiation workers and famale workers.
