摘要
随着建设节约型社会理念的提出,对基础设施建设的投资越来越重视其社会效益的最大化。作者分别对公交车及社会车辆在公交停靠站处的运行特性进行了分析,以排队论为基础,构建了车辆延误的模型,得到了建设港湾停靠站的机会成本。运用防护支出法将环境成本内部化,并利用单位时间停靠站应得效益来表示公交停靠站的经济成本。以社会总成本最小为目标,得到了公交停靠站站型选择模型。
With the notion of economized society was raised, more and more attention has been paid to the maximization of the social benefit brought about by the investment of infrastructure construction. This paper carried out an analysis on the operational characteristic of bus and other vehicles at bus stop respectively. Based on the queuing theory, a delay model of vehicles was built, with which the opportunity cost of construction of bus bay was calculated. The employment of preventive expenditure approach has internalized the environmental cost, and the bus stop' s economic cost was represented by the benefit of a bus stop in a certain period of time. So, a model of bus-stop' s selection,which is dedicated to the minimization of total social cost, was obtained.
