钝化压头纳米压入测试硬度的变化及校正

Changes and Correction of Nanoindentation Hardness by Blunt Indenter

摘要 文中通过量纲分析和有限元数值计算,分别对弹塑性材料在Berkovich理想压头和钝化压头作用下的压入响应进行了分析,揭示了理想压头Oliver&Pharr压入硬度与钝化压头压入硬度的关系,据此,可以把钝化压头作用下的压入硬度校正至理想压头下的测试硬度。 Dimensional analysis and FEM were employed,results revealed the relationship between the ideal indentation hardness and the blunt indentation hardness from an indentation test about the ideal Berkovich indenter and the blunt Berkovich indenter of elasto-plastic materials. Hereby,the Nanoindentation hardness in corrected by blunt indenter to the ideal indenter hardness based on the relationship.
