摘要
首先通过对LAMOST焦面板及其支撑结构的主要设计参数进行有限元数值分析,得到满足LAMOST光纤定位系统技术精度指标的优化参数.考虑到LAMOST焦面板形状接近平板的特点,将壳体模型近似为平板模型进行模拟,运用有限元大型分析软件ANSYS对结构参数的优化进行搜寻.再将优化的参数代入更接近实际的壳体模型,以验证该支撑结构下的焦面板是否满足LAMOST光纤定位系统的技术精度指标的要求,结果表明,该支撑结构较好地满足了各项技术精度指标,支撑参数的选取是合理有效的.最后,对该支撑结构的振动模态进行分析,进一步确定了该优化结构的合理性.
The LAMOST focus plate and its support structure were simulated by the finite element method to determine their primary design parameters. Optimal parameters were obtained, which fulfilled the technical precision demands of the LAMOST optical fiber positioning system very well. Considering that the LAMOST focal plate is near a flat one, the plane model was used to approximate the focal plate and the large scale FEM package ANSYS was used to optimize the design parameters. Furthermore, the optimal parameters were substituted into the more realistic shell model and it was found that the deformation of focal plate met technical precision demands very well. At last, the vibration modes were calculated and the basic frequency was also to have well met the technical demand.
