摘要
圆锥安全离合器轴向预紧力计算公式在不同设计手册中有两种不同的形式,使设计者无所适从。文中研制了一个测试系统,用来对该计算公式中的力学参数进行测量和研究,以便对公式进行甄别,并对测试系统的工作原理和主要技术措施进行了分析和说明。
There are two forms of axial pretightening force calculating formula for cone safety clutch in different design handbooks and resulted in the confusion to many designers. This paper studies a test system to measure and study the mechanical parameters in those formulas to distinguish them, additionally analyzes and explains the operational principle and main technical measures of the test system.
