摘要
目的研究阿米卡星对家兔肾小球滤过功能的影响。方法在给家兔注射阿米卡星前后分别收集尿液和血液,用肌酐法测定肾小球滤过率,并作前后对照。结果肾小球滤过明显减少。结论阿米卡星不仅破坏肾小管,并严重损坏肾小球。
OBJECTIVE The effect of Amikacin on glomerular filtration function. METHODS Blood and urine of the tested rabbits before and after injection of Amikacin was collected and measured, glomerular filtration rate was measured with Creatinine Act and then make a comparison. RESULTS GFR decreased noticeably. CONCLUSION Amikacin not only damages tubular, but damages glomerular seriously.
