摘要
目的观察注射用头孢地嗪钠与10%葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性。方法观察配伍液外观、pH值的变化,采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中头孢地嗪钠的含量。结果室温6h内头孢地嗪钠在10%葡萄糖注射液中含量、外观、pH值基本不变。结论室温6h内注射用头孢地嗪钠在10%茑萄糖注射液中的是稳定的。
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of cefodizime sodium for injection in 10% glucose injection. METHODS To observe the appearance and to determinae pH value of the mixed fluid,the content of cefodizime sodium could be determined by HPLC. RESULTS There was no evident changes in appearance,pH value and the content of cefodizime sodium withine 6h at room temperature in 10% glucose injection. CONCLUSION Cefodizime sodium for injection was shown to be stable in 10% glucose injection within 6h.
