摘要
目的:观察托吡酯(TPM)对难治性癫的疗效和不良反应。方法:对114例难治性癫患者加用TPM治疗,观察控制癫发作效果。结果:TPM加添治疗总有效率为63.2%,儿童组有效率为62.5%,成人组为63.6%,对各型难治性癫均有效。TPM加添治疗起效时间在4～8周达高峰,有效率为43.4%。副作用发生率为25.4%,均较轻。结论:TPM加添治疗难治性癫疗效较好,是一种广谱、安全、耐受性好的新型抗癫药。
Objective： To observe and evaluate the therapeutical effecl and the side effect of topiramate （TPM） as an add on the therapy in patients with intractable epilepsy（1E）. Methods： TPM was given as an add on therapy in 114 patients with IE. Results： As add on therapy, the effectiveness of TMP was 63. 2%. In the children group, the effectiveness was 62. 5% and in the adult group, that was 63.6%. The add on therapy of TPM was effective to all types of the seizure. The efficacy of TMP reached its peak after 4-8 week of treatment. The side effect of this drug was rather weak and the inci dence of it was 25.4%. Conclusions： TPM give play a satisfactory effecl as add on therapy in the palients with IE. It is a new broad spectrum, safe and well tolerated antiepileptic drug.
