肾特灵配合泼尼松对阿霉素大鼠肾小球电荷屏障影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨肾特灵配合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征蛋白尿的作用机制。方法:采用阿霉素制作大鼠肾病模型,检测应用肾特灵和泼尼松后大鼠尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素氮指标,采用PEI染色、AB染色,电镜观察电荷屏障损伤情况。结果:肾特灵加泼尼松能减少尿蛋白,升高血清白蛋白,降低胆固醇,还能使硫酸肝素蛋白多糖、唾液酸糖蛋白增多,减少阴电荷丢失,修复电荷屏障,其作用优于单纯使用泼尼松。结论:肾特灵加泼尼松通过增加硫酸肝素蛋白多糖、唾液酸糖蛋白,减少阴电荷丢失,修复电荷屏障来减少尿蛋白电荷屏障的损伤是减少蛋白尿的主要原因。 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of reducing urine protein with nephritic syndrome on Shenteling combined Prednisone. Methods: Adriamycin nephropathy model was prepared in SD rats with Adriamycin method. Then, the levels of urine protein serum albumin cholesterol Scr and BUN were determined. Observation of charge barrier damage by electron microscope, using PEI dying and AB dying. Results: Shenteling combined with Prednisone could reduce content of urine protein, increase content of serum albumin,decrease level of cholesterol. Meanwhile, it could increase content of heparan sulfate proteoglycan and sialoglycoprotein,reduce negative charge loss and repair damage of charge barrier. It's effect was better than Prednisone single. Conclusion. Shenteling combined with Prednisone reduced urine protein by increasing content of heparan sulfate proteoglycan and sialoglycoprotein and reducing negative charge loss, repairing damage of charge barrier.
