双塔萃取工艺在糠醛精制装置的应用

摘要 介绍了双塔萃取新工艺在第二套糠醛精制装置扩量改造中的应用。应用表明:采用双塔萃取的新工艺可将溶剂质量比由原来的2.3:1.0降至1.9:1.0,装置能耗降至856.8 MJ/t;改造后装置总处理量达到700 kt/a,加工能力达到改造前两套的总和。 The application of the twin columns extraction new process was introduced in the furfural refinery plant innovated. It was showed that the total capacity reached 700 kt/a, which was equal to the two former units. The ratio of the solvent to the oil decreased from 2.3:1.0 to 1.9:1.0; the energy consumption to 856.8 MJ/t for the innovation with the new process.
