摘要
目的研究马钱子碱对实验性心律失常的影响,为此药的进一步开发提供理论依据。方法分别给小鼠腹腔注射氯仿或静脉注射CaCl2,大鼠静脉注射乌头碱,家兔静脉注射肾上腺素,制成心律失常模型。比较用药组(马钱子碱组)与对照组(生理盐水组)室颤发生率、心律失常维持时间和心律失常潜伏期。结果马钱子破对氯仿、CaCl2引起的小鼠室颤有保护作用、小鼠室颤发生率用药组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);能缩短用药组大鼠马头碱诱发心律失常的持续时间(P<0.01);延长肾上腺素诱发家如C律失常的潜伏期(P<0.01)和心律失常维持时间(P<0.05)。结论写钱子碱对心律失常有一定对抗作用。
To researh the effects of Brucine onexperimental arrhythrnia.Methde Mce were given chloroform ip or Ca-Cl2 iv, rats wer given aconitine iv and rabbits were given adrenaline iv so that the medel of arrhythmia could be made. The proportion of occuring mice ventricular fibrillation, lasting time of arrhythmia and incubation peried of arrhythrnia between drug group and control group were compared.Results Brucine could protect mice from ventric'ular fibrillation caused by chloroform and CaCl2 The numbere of ventricular fibrillation of mice in drug group wer lower than that of control group (P< 0.01). Brucine could shorten the lasting tlrne of ar-rhythmia induced by aconitine(P< 0. 01 ) and Pro-long the incubation peried of rabbits arrhythmia in-duced by adrenaline(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Brucine could have the effects of an-tiarrhythmia.
