The Progress of the effect of Hypoxia in Uterus on Neurons and Glial Cells

摘要 宫内缺氧引起程序性脑细胞调亡、神经元退行性变、神经元丢失、神经递质含量改变、神经胶质细胞增生、神经干细胞(NSCS)增殖、髓鞘形成减少等。宫内缺氧也引起脑源性神经营养因子、神经营养素-3和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子减少。上述变化可能与宫内缺氧引起新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病发病机制有关. Hypoxia in uterus causes proceeding brain cells apoptosis, degeneration and loss of neurons, the alterations of contents of neurotransmitter, the accrementition of glia cells, the multiplication of nerve stem cells and the diminution of myelinogenesis. Hypoxia in uterus also results in decreases of brain derived neurotrophic factor, neurotrophic-3 and basic fibroblast growth factor expressions. The changes mentioned above may be related to the mechanisms of hypoxicischemic encephalopathy caused by hypoxia in uterus.
