摘要
目的通过对应分析方法揭示护理差错类型与原因的对应关系,为护理管理工作的改进提供依据。方法对2001-2005年上海第一人民医院宝山分院护理部的差错数据进行对应分析。结果对应分析显示,因护士“责任心不强和查对不严”两原因造成护理差错的贡献率为87.6%,是本研究中护理差错的主要原因。通过对应关系图提示:观察记录差错与责任心不强有关;发药和医嘱差错与查对不严有关;输液注射和术前检查准备差错与违章操作有关。结论对应分析能直观地展现多项分类列联表中行和列因素的关系,弥补列联表分析的不足,其结果能较好地揭示护理差错类型与原因的关系。
Objective To analyze the correspondent relationship between nursing mistakes and their causes by correspondence analysis, so as to provide evidence for improving the nursing manage- ment. Methods All the nursing mistakes, which happened from Jul 2001 to Dec 2005 in the Baoshan branch of the First People＇s Hospital of Shanghai, were analyzed by Correspondence Analysis Meth- od. Results It was found that 87.6 % of the nursing mistakes were due to “careless check and lack of responsibility” in the nurses,and they were the major reasons for nursing mistakes in this stud- y. Correspondence analysis chart showed that the mistakes in observation records was related to lack of responsibility;drug delivery and advice mistakes were related to careless checking;and in- jection and pre-operation preparation mistakes were related to violation of manipulation regula- tions. Conclusion Correspondence analysis can directly show the relationship between row and column variables for multi-classification contingency table and make up for the deficiency of other methods. The results can better demostrate the relationship between the nursing mistakes and their causes.
