摘要
在网络环境下高校院系资料室的生存受到严峻挑战,本文从理论和实践层面阐述了加强高校院系资料室建设的必要性,并以新的视角从外部建设和内部建设两方面进行了系统而深入的探讨。
Under the circumstances of the present interact, the struggle for existence of reference rooms at schools and departments of the higher education faces challenge seriously. This article, from the theoretical and practical aspects, discusses the necessity of enhancing the reference rooms at schools and departments of the higher education, and with a new viewpoint, probes the problems systematically, from the external and intermal constructions.
