摘要
介绍了DDR SDRAM控制器的系统命令和结构,设计了一种基于状态机的DDR SDRAM控制器。利用状态机对读写操作进行控制可提高系统性能,给出了基于FPGA的控制器的仿真结果。
This paper introduces the system commands and structure of DDR SDRAM controller. In order to make full use of the Write - Read control of FSM, it proposes a design method based on FSM, and figures out the simulation of DDR SDRAM based on FPGA.
