摘要
由于无障碍设施在城市道路中愈来愈重要,应对无障碍设计的概念有清楚的定义,无障碍人群有合理的分类,体现“以人为本”的设计理念。文章首先回顾了国内外无障碍设计的发展历程,介绍了我国无障碍建设的现状,指出了我国城市交通的无障碍建设的缺陷和不足;结合障碍和残病的概念区别,重新给出了无障碍设计的定义;根据障碍人群需求的相同性,对障碍人群进行了分类;然后根据目前我国的国情和城市道路的现状,阐述了在十字路口,盲道,天桥地道等节点处对无障碍设计的优化。
The accessible facility is more and more important in the urban road, it should be more clear definition to the accessible design ,and more reasonable classification to the non-barrier crowd First, the paper reviews development of accessibility, and then introduces the status of accessible transportation of domestic city. Limitation of accessible construction is pointed out in the paper. According to the difference of barrier and disability ,it redefined the accessible design; According to same demand of barrier crowd, it classified the barrier crowd; Then according to our country national condition and the status of city road at present, it explains method of accessible design optimization in blind road, over-bridge, tunnel and so on.
