摘要
高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估结束后,高职院校要确定新的发展目标。依据学校特色和评估结论,区别类型,分类发展,是科学的可持续发展之路。高职院校发展的不平衡性,优化资源配置的必然性,适应社会需求的强烈愿望,是分类发展的动因。走向应用型本科院校和示范性高职院校是分类发展的目标。政府要改变一刀切的形式,对分类发展进行指导、扶持和调控,科学决策。
After the evaluation of talents-cultivating work, the vocational colleges should set a new goal for development. According to their distinctive features and evaluation conclusions, the colleges should be divided into different types to develop respectively. It is regarded as a path to the sustainable development of science.In vocational colleges, the imbalance of development, the certainty of optimizing the allocation of resources,and the strong desire to satisfy the social demands are all the major underlying forces of classified development. The ultimate purpose of classified development is to build applied regular universities and standardized vocational colleges. Changing the policy of a Procrustean bed, the government should guide, support and manipulate classified development, and make scientific decisions.
