摘要
为有针对性地培养具有良好心理素质，德、才兼备的跨世纪医学生，本文选用症状自评量表（SCL－90）对兰医653名本科生的心理问题进行了研究，结果表明心理健康状况男生好于女生，生源来自城镇学生好于乡村学生，低年级学生好与高年级学生。主要的心理卫生问题是：人际关系敏感、强迫症状、偏执，忧郁各检出率分别为62．33％、61．56％、49．46％、47．62％。提示积极开展心理卫生保健、咨询工作对提高医学生心理健康水平非常重要。
In order to develop an excellent overcentury medical student who has better mental quality, morality, mentality and health,the study used the symptoms check list 90 (SCL-90) to examine the symptoms problems of 653 Lanzhou Medical College students. The results indicated that the male students' mental health is hoer than that of female students, the town students' better than the countly students',the Senior's better than Junior' s.The major mental problems are: Interpersonal Sensitivity, Obsessive-Compulsive, Obstiacy and depression. The rate is respectively 62. 93%, 61. 56%, 49. 46% and 47.62%. It suggests that is very important to hold the mental education and consulting to improve the mental health of medical students.
