介绍了一个基于SMS和WAP协议的移动政务系统的框架结构和实现方法.整个系统利用ASP+SQL Server2000进行开发,结合COM的特性,很好地实现了政务公开的途径.
the paper introduces the framework structure and implementation method of the mobile government affair system based on SMS and WAP. Combined with the features of COM, the whole system is developed by utilizing ASP ＋ Server2000, and implements approaches of the display government affair.
