摘要
简单介绍了加速寿命试验,并将计算机辅助工程应用于加速寿命试验数据分析.通过定量加速寿命测试数据分析)软件ALTA对某新产品的三组恒定应力加速寿命试验所获得的数据做了计算机辅助仿真分析.结果表明,通过这个方法可以快速、准确得到可靠性设计中常用的参数,可以大大缩短可靠性设计时间,提高效率,具有较强的实用性.
The paper introduces the accelerated life tested data analysis briefly. Moreover, CAE( Computer Aided Engineering )is applied to the analysis. A accelerated test is conducted for a new product with three stresses level based on AL- TA. Results and plots show parameters needed in reliability designs can be calculated rapidly and accurately through this method. The period of calculations is greatly shorten and the efficiency of reliability design is raised. Moreover, this method is practical and can be easily used.
