摘要
从医生角度对上海市看病难和看病贵问题进行了实证分析。研究共调查了上海市包括三级、二级医院和社区卫生服务中心在内的14家医疗机构的1305名医生。调查结果显示了医生在对看病难看病贵问题及其成因上与患者和居民的认识上存在的一致及差异之处,并探讨了可能的原因。
This paper did a positive analysis of the difficulW and high cost of getting medical service in Shanghai from doctor＇ s perspective. The survey was conducted on 1305 doctors from 14 hospitals in Shanghai covering tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals as well as community health centers. The results showed, with explanation, both the consistent and inconsistent judgments between doctors, patients and residents surveyed concerning the issue of the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service and corresponding causes.
