摘要
本文记述采自福建双孢蘑菇Agaricus bisporus上跗线螨属一新种,主要寄生在蘑菇培养料内,常集中为害菌种块菌丝,直接影响出菇;其次寄生在蘑菇栽培种內,吸食蘑菇菌丝,造成菌丝不能萌发。
Tarsonemus wangi sp. nov. (figs. 1-3)This species is similar to Tarsoncmus bilobatus Suski, 1965, Tarsonemus fusarii Cooreman, 1941 and Tarsonemus margaretae Kaliszewski, 1978, but differs from them in:1. Propodosomal shield with anterior margin striated.2. Apodemes Ⅰ weakly sclerotized and with a pair of strongly sclerotized small node near the ends of apodemes Ⅰ.3. Femur of leg Ⅰ with a specieal chitinous structure and a broad triangular membrane in which Feα located. Feβ, Feβ and Feγ slightly spiculated.Male and larva unknown.Holotype ♀, paratypes 4♀♀, 19. XI. 1985, off cultivated mushrooms, Agaricus bisporus, from Fuzhou City, (26°5’N, 119°20’E) Fujian Province, China.The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Plant Protection, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
