摘要
在高浓度石油化工废水处理过程中,纯氧曝气系统污泥的沉降性能相对较差,有膨胀趋势时不容易被发现,对系统的稳定运行造成极大的危害。为了改善污泥性能,向纯氧曝气系统(第一段)投加铁盐,并且控制第一段的总铁含量为2-8mg/L。投加铁盐运行一段时间后,污泥的沉降性能得到改善,污泥絮体变得密实,并呈团块颗粒状,污泥脱水性能得到改善,装置的抗冲击性能得到加强,氧的利用率也得以提高。
During the treatment of high-concentration petrochemical wastewater, the sludge settle-ability in pure oxygen aeration system is relatively poor, and the bulking trend is difficult to be observed,which does a greater harm to the steady operation of the system. In order to improve the sludge settleabili- ty, ferric salt is added to the pure oxygen aeration system (first stage), and the total ferric content is controlled at 2 to 8 mg/L in the first stage. After an operation period with ferric salt, the sludge settle- ability is improved, the sludge flocs being dense and compact agglomerates. The sludge dewaterability is also improved. The equipment resistance to shock loading is enhanced, and the oxygen utilization rate is improved.
