摘要
分析了南京市城市污水处理厂的运行现状及其存在的经费不足、污水管网不配套、运行管理水平低以及污泥处置滞后等问题,从体制改革、污水管网建设、中央控制室建设、职工技能培训与污泥处置等方面入手,提出了相应问题的对策,以保障城市污水处理厂的正常运行,充分发挥其投资效益和环境效益。
The operation status of Nanjing municipal sewage treatment plants （ MSTPs）, and exis- ting problems such as insufficient funds, incomplete sewage network, low operation management level, delayed sludge disposal and so on were analyzed, The corresponding countermeasures to the problems were put forward from aspects of the structural reforms, sewage pipe room construction, staff skill training, sludge disposal and so on to and give full play to their investment returns and environmental ben network construction, master control make the MSTPs operate normally, efits.
