摘要
重载低速的主要特征是末级小齿轮偏载严重,结果导致小齿轮的严重磨损甚至折断。小齿轮自调位装置是适用于重载低速传动。本文在消化DMGH传动装置的基础上,将鼓形齿应用于小齿轮自调位装置,并提出一套合理的设计制造方法。
One of the principal characters of heavy load and low speed drive is severe bias load in the last stage, which will cause serious wear or break off the gear teeth. The pinion with self - aligning device is suitable especially for the case of heavy load and low speed drive. Based on the digestion and absorption DMGH transmission, the drum tooth is used to the self - alignment of pinion and, at the same time, an applicable method of design and manufacture is proposed in this paper.
