透明质酸在角膜保存及干眼病治疗方面的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 透明质酸(Hyaluronan acid HA)又名玻璃酸,其钠盐为透明质酸钠(SH),是由葡糖醛酸和乙酰氨基己糖组成的双糖单位聚合而成的直链高分子粘多糖,广泛存在于动物组织细胞间质中。历经半个多世纪的研究,人们对透明质酸的结构、理化性质和生理功能已有了明确的认识。目前,不同分子量的HA已广泛应用于食品、化妆品、医药等行业,发挥着保湿、润滑、防粘连、促修复、抗肿瘤等等功能。在眼科领域,HA作为眼用制剂媒介加在眼溶液里,大大提高了药物的生物利用度;作为眼科黏弹性保护剂应用于临床,开创了眼科手术“软壳技术”的新时代。近年,随着对HA研究的进一步深入,HA在用于角膜保存及干眼病的治疗方面取得了新的进展。本文仅就这两大方面的研究进展进行综述。
