摘要
轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块应用较为广泛,然而在实际工程应用中,经常出现产品强度低、破损率高、砌体开裂渗漏等质量问题。轻集料小空心砌块及其砌体的质量问题,不仅涉及生产环节,还涉及到设计、施工、建设单位(开发商)、检测及质量监管等诸多环节。解决轻集料小空心砌块及其砌体的质量问题,除设计上应按有关技术规范、标准采取相应措施外,必须多环节、全方位、按照系统工程的方法进行控制。
Small lightweight a ggregate concrete hollow blocks have been widely used. However, in practical engineering applications, the problems of Low Strength, High rates of breakage, cracking, leakage are existing. it involves not only production processes, but also related to the design, construction, building, detection , quality control and many other aspects. To settle the quality problems of small hollow lightweight aggregate blocks, in addition to take the technical stan- dards, we should control the quality in all directions.
