摘要
随着智能建筑行业对社会经济发展的支撑和促进作用日益明显,智能建筑行业已经成为建筑行业和信息技术共同关心的新领域。智能建筑行业是发展数字城市的基础之一,我们在进一步把持其智能化内涵的同时,探讨智能建筑行业特别是智能政务中心在数字城市中的定位,具有现实和长远的意义。本文结合多年来滨城区信息化实践,围绕滨城区政务中心大厦在智能化建设过程中遇到的问题和采取的措施,就如何定位、如何建设、如何运用等问题进行了探讨,旨在为地方信息化探求新的应用模式。
The promotes of the intelligence building to the society and economy development is increasingly obvious .The intelligence building has already been become the new Kingdom that structure occupation and the data technique concern with .The intelligence building is one of the foundation of the numerical city .In the meanwhile, the research about the fixed position of the intelligence government affairs center can see the meaning of the distant place contain reality .This article based on Binzhou Government Center construction, carry on a study about how to position, how to construct, how to use of intelligence building. The aim is investigating new mode for the local information.
