通过分析跨国公司及发达国家在技术创新和知识产权的管理、运用等方面所具有的优势,以及我国轨道交通企业在知识产权国际竞争环境中所面临的现状,指出我国轨道交通企业应加强具有自主知识产权的技术创新,并迅速提高我国轨道交通企业的技术创新和自主知识产权保护能力,不断积累知识产权和制定标准的优势,才能为实现又好又快发展创造条件。
In the economic competitions of global market, Independent Intellectual Property Right （IIPR） has become an important means for the multinational corporations, the developed countries to protect and promote their technical innovations, and finally gain competitive advantage in science, technology and econome. On one hand, they pay great attention to the research and development and use the intellectual property system to protect their new technology, and thus take the technical superiority. On the other, they are very skilled at using the features and functions of intellectual property system to safeguard their brand, market and service. In this way their advantages in human resources, technology, management and culture, strengehened the power in intellectual property and market competition. The paper analyzes management and operation of technological innovation and intellectual property in multinational corporations and developed countries, elaborates the situation of rail transit enterprises in China in the competition environment of IIPR. Compared with the well - known multinational corporations, the domestic enterprises own less patents, especially the technology innovations, and lack core patents and key patents. Also they do not have a strong sense of strategic layout, without their own IIPR protection system. With reference to the overseas experiences, the author puts forward a series of recommendations to enhance the ability of rail transit enterprises in technological innovation and IIPR protection, including the formulating and implementing of IIPR strategy for rail transit enterprises, the domestic and foreign patent information analysis in the field of rail transit, the IIPR protection system, and the operation of patent strategy in technological innovation.
